Séance plénière autour de sujets d’intérêt commun et en particulier le rapport de la mission d’inspection interministérielle sur les pratiques illicites dans l’adoption internationale en France. Le CNA et le CNAOP sont chargés par le Gouvernement de rendre un avis conjoint sur les recommandations. La question de l’accompagnement à la recherche des origines pour les adoptés y occupe une place centrale. Merci infiniment à Irène Thery pour son éclairage sociologique savant et accessible sur l’histoire et les ressorts de la quête des origines. Un recul indispensable pour avancer.

🇬🇧"Important and exciting plenary meeting of the three councils yesterday. National Child Protection Council (CNPE), National Adoption Council (CNA) and National Council for Access to Personal Origins (CNAOP), very honored by the presence of Minister Sarah El Haïry.
Plenary session around subjects of common interest and in particular the report of the interministerial inspection mission on illicit practices in international adoption in France. The CNA and the CNAOP are tasked by the Government with issuing a joint opinion on the recommendations. The question of support in the search for origins for adoptees occupies a central place. Many thanks to Irène Thery for her scholarly and accessible sociological insight into the history and roots of the quest for origins. An essential step back to move forward."
🇻🇳 Phiên họp toàn thể quan trọng và sôi động của ba hội đồng ngày hôm qua. Hội đồng Bảo vệ Trẻ em Quốc gia (CNPE), Hội đồng Nhận con nuôi Quốc gia (CNA) và Hội đồng Quốc gia về Tiếp cận Nguồn gốc Cá nhân (CNAOP), rất vinh dự có sự hiện diện của Bộ trưởng Sarah El Hairy.
Phiên họp toàn thể xoay quanh các chủ đề cùng quan tâm và đặc biệt là báo cáo của đoàn thanh tra liên bộ về các hành vi bất hợp pháp trong nhận con nuôi quốc tế ở Pháp. CNA và CNAOP được Chính phủ giao nhiệm vụ đưa ra ý kiến chung về các khuyến nghị. Vấn đề hỗ trợ việc tìm kiếm nguồn gốc của những người nhận con nuôi chiếm vị trí trung tâm. Xin cảm ơn Irène Thery rất nhiều vì cái nhìn sâu sắc mang tính học thuật và xã hội học dễ tiếp cận của bà về lịch sử và nguồn gốc của cuộc truy tìm nguồn gốc. Một bước lùi cần thiết để tiến về phía trước.
